Effective January 1st 2026, UC San Diego Health will only accept a small amount of Advantage Plans, if any. Some members on SCAN will be grandfathered into UCSD, those on Humana are getting kicked out of UCSD. New members who want access to UCSD on an Advantage plan will likely only be able to visit Specialists at UCSD and will need to find a primary care doctor elsewhere.
