The terms “Supplement plan” and “Medigap” refer to the same type of health insurance plan – a plan that is designed to complement Original Medicare coverage. These plans are designed to help cover some of the out-of-pocket costs that Original Medicare does not cover, such as copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.
Supplement Plans and Medigap plans refer to the same thing.
These plans are sold by private insurance companies and are designed to fill the gaps in Original Medicare coverage. The coverage offered by these plans is standardized, meaning that the coverage offered by one insurance company is the same as the coverage offered by another company.
Supplement plans are sometimes referred to as “Supplemental plans”. This is technically an incorrect term, but it is used often and is interchangeable with the other terms.
The terms “Supplement plan,” “Supplemental plan,” and “Medigap plan” all refer to the same type of insurance plan – a Medicare Supplement Plan. These plans are designed to complement Original Medicare coverage and help cover out-of-pocket costs that are not covered by Original Medicare.
Is your company called HealthyMarks or Healthy Marks?
HealthyMarks is the official name of the company, and it is spelled with a capital “H” and “M.” However, the company’s name is often stylized differently to “Healthy Marks” which shouldn’t cause too much confusion. I often see people mistake the company name for “Health Marks.”
Regardless of how the name is spelled or stylized, it all refers to the same company – HealthyMarks. The company provides a range of healthcare consulting offerings, including employee benefits consulting, health plan procurement, and Medicare enrollment services. They work with employers and other organizations to help them navigate the complex world of healthcare and make informed decisions.
While there are variations of the name, HealthyMarks, Healthy Marks, and Health Marks all refer to the same company – a team of health insurance brokers with a focus on Medicare in San Diego.
Keaton Marks is the owner and CEO at HealthyMarks including the medicare team. Keaton was born and raised in Encinitas. He often rode his bike through town and to the local beaches like Moonlight. Keaton knows it is important to have a local resource, someone who understands the area, the hospitals and networks of doctors. Keaton is proud to be a local Medicare broker who is able to assist the people in his town when selecting medicare plans.
Keaton believes one thing above all else: “Medicare is confusing… but it doesn’t have to be! That is where HealthyMarks Medicare comes in” Please contact me with any questions.
